Detective Conan Anime Episodes for June 2018 Scheduled

The Detective Conan anime has scheduled all of its episodes for June now.

Remastered anime originals will be airing on June 2nd and 9th, so there will be no new episodes for those 2 weeks. As for the rest of the month, episodes 904-906 are all anime original. So no manga cases for the foreseeable future.

Funimation Lets Their Detective Conan License Expire

Funimation has long licensed the first 123 episodes (they called it 130, because Funimation does math differently) of Detective Conan in English. They haven't really done anything with it in years, except for having the episodes streaming on their FunimationNow service, and recently on Crunchyroll for a very short time as well. The episodes were recently pulled from streaming for vague "licensing issues," but now it seems it's official. Funimation no longer has the license for those episodes.

Detective Conan Anime Episodes for 2018 May Scheduled

The Detective Conan anime has scheduled all of its episodes for the month of May.

Episodes 900-903 have been scheduled. 900 and 903 are both anime original, while 901-902 are the adaptation of the Kisaki Eri case from chapters 984-986 of the manga.

Amuro Tohru from Detective Conan Getting His Own Spinoff Manga

Detective Conan is getting a spinoff title starring Amuro Tohru, Mouri Kogoro's first apprentice. It will be titled Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time (Meitantei Conan: Zero no Tea Time). Zero, as those caught up with Detective Conan will know, was Amuro's childhood nickname.

Fox's X-Men Universe Movies "Dark Phoenix" and "New Mutants" Pushed Back


Fox has pushed back the the release dates for two of its upcoming movies in its X-Men cinematic universe, both of which were at one time slated for release this year.
